Q1: Return Policy?
A1: If your product is defective or DOA, we will gladly exchange your item or give you store credit. Item must be returned with original packaging and we must be notified that you will be returning the item within 14 days of receiving your item. Return shipment charges are the responsibility of the buyers.
Q2: I would like to return the item, what are the procedures?
A2: You must first email or call us at sales@bestbookstand.com or call us at (714)357-7478 to inform us that you would like to do so. After you let us know, we will give you an RMA number for you to write on the box that we may identify you once we receive the package. Once we confirm that the package has been returned to the UPS and is in transit back to us, we will then refund your order.

Q4: I try to add the item I want to the shopping cart, but it won’t let me, what’s wrong?
A4: You must first register an account on our website and then log in. After you log in, you will be able to add the item you desire to your shopping cart.
Q5: Is the Plus Book Stand a product you can use by itself?
A5: The Plus Book Stand is not a standalone product. It can only be used as an attachment to book stands such as the Jasmine, Clover, or Freesia book stands.
Q6: How much will the shipping cost?
A6: You may instantly view the calculated shipping charge at checkout using our shopping cart system. Your shipping and handling fee is automatically calculated through our website using a formula that takes your shipping address and the total weight of your content. If you wish to use the shopping cart system on our website, you must first register with our website and create an account. Simply click on the “Register” link under the log-in screen on our main page www.bestbookstand.com Remember to stay logged-in to add items to your shopping cart.
Shipping cost will be handled by the Buyer. Normally your order will be shipped out within 1~2 business days after your payment is clear by either UPS or USPS courier services.
Q7: Can we ship internationally?
A7: Yes, we can ship internationally through USPS courier services.

Q8: How long will it take for standard or expedited shipping to arrive?
A8:Standard shipping will take about 2-9 business days within the states. Expedited shipping will take 2-5 days to most locations as well.
Q9:I failed to receive my package from the UPS for the third time, what happens?
A9: If you fail to receive your package from the UPS by the 3rd attempt, it will be returned back to us, which results in the customer paying for the shipping fee to be shipped out again.
Q10: When I try to order a bookstand, I click on "add to cart," and I then go to a page that says, "shopping cart is empty."
A10: You must first register an account and then proceed to log in. After you log in, your problem with adding items to the cart will no longer be there. You can also get your shipping and handling calculated automatically through our checkout system.
